1. But based on some of the responses to other complaints, I think there is a good reason why this hotel falls well short of quality.

2. In summary - trendy decor like a Zen inspired IKEA concept, responsive staff, generous room size, very nice towels, firm but comfy bed, small saltwater pool in the basement, decent size workout room.
