1. -Some convenient features in the rooms, including mini fridge and swiveling flat-screen TV (easily viewed from bed or living area)-Decent view and easy access to the Galleria mall.

8. Poor customer service, bad attitudes, dirty bathrooms, ultra loud bar area that permeates throughout the entire hotel and a $20 per night parking fee just isn't worth the 'convenience factor' anymore.
