7. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because some of the services I always expect from this chain like spa were absent.

9. The nice part about it - you can walk to the Galleria Mall, which is a huge plus for two reasons.

10. The room was clean, the cleaning lady did not pick up her tip for some reason, so I stopped leaving them :) However, they do not change sheets.
