1. No need to venture anywhere else with such an adventurous and menu downstairs (kudos to using local farms and businesses in your menu) With a spa next door with core fusion classes (was sore for a good 3 days:), a wonderful, unpretentious staff, and it's proximity, we will DEFINITELY be making this a yearly trip.

3. Since the pool area is not monitored by staff and it's only accessible by a keycard - why would you restrict it to certain hours? The staff were wonderful.
