I am a regular customer so I likely get extra special treatment, yet I observe the staff treat all other guests in a conscientous and professional manner, so I think that I would provide a similarly stellar review even if I had visited the propoerty just once (actuallly, when I first stayed at the hotel three years ago, my experence then was as good as the experiences that I have now).
