The incredibly late check-in (2:30 AM) that went as smoothly as had I been there in the late afternoon, the room was exquisite, the service was outstanding (picking up my shoes to be shined at 3 AM and having them back before 9 was great), and I couldn't recommend a hotel any more than this one.
