1. We took a friend visiting from Greece for an overnight stay at the Dallas Ritz-Carlton, and our stay lived up to our previous experiences here.

10. You need your room key to work the elevator which isn't a big deal and common these days; however, it's floor specific so we couldn't go visit our friends without one of them with us to work the elevator to get to their floor.
