All of that said, I have two very minor complaints: the iron was missing the 'cap' that held the water in, so you had to be careful while ironing not to get your shirts wet; and the shower gel in the bathroom doesn't lather well with just a washcloth (they should either give you a real bath sponge or go back to traditional bar soap).
