1. One would think, being a hotel guest you'd be given preference, but that's a big NO.

2. Have stayed in many Marriott branded hotels all over, one of the big reasons is for the great beds, however this one at the Ritz was lumpy and not that great.

6. The room was also great (Up to the Ritz standards of course) with a very nice comfortable bed and nice big bathroom with both shower and bath.

8. My only complaint was that when we finally got up to our room, our key didn't work so we had to go back to the lobby, but that's really not that big of a deal, just a minor hassle.
