1. On the positive side, we never had to wait long on an elevator, we barely heard our neighbors, and we had a fridge for keeping water cold (not sure if all rooms have them).

9. We had a not so great initial 20 minutes at the hotel, due to the confusing check-in/valet/luggage bringing up situation, not to mention the internet cost, which kind-of made the whole hotel stay negative, they need to figure this out so that people have a more positive vibe.

10. I'll start with the positives: it had a great location, if you are going to a Reds game, it's less than a mile walk (my mom could do it, and it's hard for her to walk) and if you are going to one of the football games it's even closer.
