1. I called down to housekeeping to get clean towels and they sent someone up, but there was no apology for the poor service.

6. Nothing accessible near the bed, To me that was more disappointing than the fact that room service skipped us two days in a row, and took until 8 pm before they even brought clean towels (however they did comp us 1free night, so don't be afraid to express your annoyance.
