9. I didn't see any of the drunks in the hallways or on the street that other reviewers have mentioned although Cincinnati does have some very rough areas just north of the hotel and along the street there were plenty of street pan-handlers.

10. If you want the hot items, you have to pay an extra $4 but there was plenty to select from in the continental area (yogurt, bagels/breads, fruit, cereal) in the cold selection so it was fine.
