1. The Franklin wasn't around when we were undergraduates in the 1980s, but it is a wonderful addition to the Franklin Street landscape.

4. The manager was a wonderful lady who was constantly greeting people with a warm smile, constantly going to every table to make sure service was wonderful, helping the busy wait staff by refilling coffee and water.

9. This is every bit as nice as a 5 star Ritz, with enormous rooms, free parking and wifi, and a wonderful made to order breakfast in their beautiful Windows Restaurant, also included in the price of the room.

10. Other than the wonderful bellcap Warren who had seen us throughout the day and sincerely apologized for the problems, there was no apology from anyone at the front desk or any explanation as to why they did not have a room available for us.
