4. In addition to David, we had great service by the breakfast waiter/bartender, and by Mario who arranged a car service for us, and other staff members who made reservations, booked a massage for me, and helped us with directlons, etc.

5. My room was exceptionally clean and had all of the amenities I needed including nice terry robes, loads of fluffy luxurious towels, well appointed bathroom, great blowdryer, nice toiletries, etc.

6. Had no idea that Franklin Street in Chapel Hill was home to so many great shops and restaurants and bars, so the location turned out to be an amazing bonus.
