1. In addition to David, we had great service by the breakfast waiter/bartender, and by Mario who arranged a car service for us, and other staff members who made reservations, booked a massage for me, and helped us with directlons, etc.

2. The design of the hotel renders some rooms - such as the street facing or internal atrium lobby facing, noisier than others, but the staff seems very willing to help you choose a room based on your priority - terrace, view, quiet, etc.

4. The manager was a wonderful lady who was constantly greeting people with a warm smile, constantly going to every table to make sure service was wonderful, helping the busy wait staff by refilling coffee and water.
