2. even tho we had reserved a superior King thru Expedia and were given a standard king, the hotel made it right by providing us all free breakfast buffets both mornings.

3. Our 'superior room' had a garden/mountain view with a balcony: the balcony was directly above the A/C units, so it was so loud we couldn't even open the door, let alone sit on the balcony.

5. I assume that these "superior" rooms reflect the "3 star" rating, but the room I was given, in the main tower, was badly in need of renovation - carpet, furnishings, and decor - in order to qualify for 3 stars.
