1. I then confirmed that we would be in the same room for two nights and they let me know that we were actually changing rooms - and that we were not in pet friendly accomodations.

8. The only reason I give this hotel 2 instead of 1 is that the staff is helpful, friendly and nice, the location is good (albeit on a main drag, near strip malls and a Safeway) AND I paid a very low price on priceline.
