The bedding was great (feather down comforter and pillows), the room was clean (checked for bedbugs), the customer service excellent (they were aware of these negative reviews), and the breakfast buffet fantastic (lots of hot, great-quality tasty foods (bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc) and great offerings of yogurt, homemade granola, fruit, pastries.

6. The following night housekeeping had not put a top sheet under the duvet/comforter (the duvet had some stains on it) so we took the duvet off and slept under the sole top sheet which luckily was large enough to tuck in.
