1. The bedding was great (feather down comforter and pillows), the room was clean (checked for bedbugs), the customer service excellent (they were aware of these negative reviews), and the breakfast buffet fantastic (lots of hot, great-quality tasty foods (bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc) and great offerings of yogurt, homemade granola, fruit, pastries.

4. After reviewing the TA reviews I expected to be disappointed but was unexpectedly surprised by our stay, I suppose it all depend on the price one pays and I got an excellent rate thru Priceline.
