1. Stayed two nights just this past week and was a great place to stay.

2. Every staff member was apologetic and I didn't actually speak with the same person twice but it still wasn't great that I had to keep explaining the situation, being told it was all set and then realizing it wasn't.

The bedding was great (feather down comforter and pillows), the room was clean (checked for bedbugs), the customer service excellent (they were aware of these negative reviews), and the breakfast buffet fantastic (lots of hot, great-quality tasty foods (bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc) and great offerings of yogurt, homemade granola, fruit, pastries.
