3. i would like to start of by giving props to the customer service desk,i loved zack he was help he know the area and his suggestions are always on point,i felt very comfortable asking him questions with out getting snaped at which is not the same for this asswhole named david if you go to this hotel he is very unpleasant in every way you can think of.
