1. As many other people have said the rooms are small, but that just adds to the charm, If you are going on business and working in your room this might not be your best option.

6. Yes, a fridge would be nice for a longer stay but they have a coffee bar in the lobby, a convenience store around the corner, and Billys for the best breakfast deal in Boston three doors down the street.
