1. The location is excellent; a 10 minute walk to Back Bay or Arlington stations and literally a 10 minute walk in the city centre (Copley and Boylston).

2. While the Chandler Inn doesn't serve breakfast, there are many excellent options within a short walk of the hotel, including my favourite, Charlie's Sandwich Shoppe.

10. They are decorated in a modern style and in my opinion excellent with the second room (301) having two large windows and a nice view.
