1. Although we were early, our room was ready for us and Gretchen noted that I had requested a higher floor (to avoid noise from the bar downstairs).

4. Our only disappointment was the noise from the main road, we had thought that it would be quiet because of the side streets but unfortunately the hotel is on a busy crossroads.
