1. I liked the location as it was in walking distance to Amtrak Back Bay, (which has local metro and commuter trains).

2. i would like to start of by giving props to the customer service desk,i loved zack he was help he know the area and his suggestions are always on point,i felt very comfortable asking him questions with out getting snaped at which is not the same for this asswhole named david if you go to this hotel he is very unpleasant in every way you can think of.

3. I never saw anyone on my floor and we never heard anyone which made us feel like the only ones WHICH WE LOVED.

7. It seemed at first like an inconvenient location (most people stay downtown, near the water, in Back Bay or Copley Square) but using Google maps, I found that it's only 2 blocks from the Back Bay station and there's a bus stop right around the corner.
