8. Positives: stunning view of the harbor and downtown (though you pay an upgrade fee for rooms on that side), typical Hyatt top-shelf lobby and restaurant, attractive and decent-sized room with fashionable decor and seriously high-quality bathroom flooring, counter, etc.

10. Now that is a bargain :-)Cons:There is a stunning brand new 42" flat-screen HDTV in all of the rooms at this Hyatt - even the "regular" rooms - but I was surprised when I turned it on and noticed that it was hooked up to just regular "old-school" cable TV and not an HD feed.
