1. I arrived very early (around 9a), and although I did not expect the hotel to have my room available, the front desk person found a room that was free and immediately checked me in.

5. You are supposed to call the Hotel for pick-up; there is a free courtesy phone in baggage claim.

6. MassPort also runs a shuttle (route 66) from all terminals, to the MBTA airport station, and then to the ferry dock next to the Hotel--it's free but not as reliable as the Hotel's shuttle.

Hotel is a very convenient business hotel, but didn't quite measure up to the normal quality of Hyatt brand:Pros:- Near to airport, free shuttle bus- Nice meeting rooms- Friendly staff- Bar open until 1am- Boat directly into Boston from hotelCons:- Rooms are just OK, clean enough but ordinary- Movies are $18- Food in hotel restaurant is distinctly average- Breakfast is good, but really expensive - Loudness: walls are paper thin and you can hear everythingAll in all, I gave it 3 stars because my company paid for the trip, otherwise I would have rated it as a 2.
