3. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they took our luggage to the room for us and on the way up they were pointing out points of interest, restraunts, transportation etc.

Hotel is a very convenient business hotel, but didn't quite measure up to the normal quality of Hyatt brand:Pros:- Near to airport, free shuttle bus- Nice meeting rooms- friendly staff- Bar open until 1am- Boat directly into Boston from hotelCons:- Rooms are just OK, clean enough but ordinary- Movies are $18- Food in hotel restaurant is distinctly average- Breakfast is good, but really expensive - Loudness: walls are paper thin and you can hear everythingAll in all, I gave it 3 stars because my company paid for the trip, otherwise I would have rated it as a 2.
