1. We're told it was in operational due to new regulations on hot tubs.

5. The room was clean, up to date, new big screen TV (with HDMI port which we could plug our media player into easily - hey, I'm traveling with kids) and nice view of harbor.

6. Our first trip we simply took a cab the short distance to the hotel, checked in smoothly (and VERY early after a red eye) to a new, quiet room with strong internet and a great view (the sunset was spectacular).

9. Don't get me wrong - this is a nice, new hotel with many amenities, including (expensive) valet parking and good service, but I think for its location and usual purpose, it was WAY overpriced.
