2. Location is great as it is right across the street from the Hynes Convention center, has a subway stop right in front, and is within reasonable walking distance to a lot of locations.

3. I did book through a conference, so I'm not sure how reasonable the rates are compared to other hotels in the area, but it is a higher end hotel and would assume that the cost reflects this.

5. The hotel is attractively decorated, well located, our room had a great view, the staff was friendly and the rate rate was reasonable.
