2. The hotel is modern, very clean and the all staff from the doormen to the cleaning staff and best of all the concierge were very friendly and did their best to make my trip better than I had expected.

5. As we were not from the US he advised we would be better off getting a cab to hospital and he arranged this for us.

7. As noted, the heating system was so noisy, and constantly on no matter how I adjusted the thermostat, that I just gave up and opened the window, which was much better anyway.
