5. Stayed at the Boston Marriott at Copley Place previously but found the hotel too crazy with no interaction with the staff except at check in.

9. Having stayed in the 4 walls of the hotel for the majority of my stay, except for a dinner cruise night, I can honestly say that for the entire 4 days of my stay, they completely wowed me.

10. except that on the first full day of our stay we discovered a very soiled towel at the back of a bathroom unit (there are deep units in the bathroom which are used to store haridryers and towels etc).
