5. Though very pleasant to look at, the atrium has the disadvantage of carrying sound from the bar / social area at the bottom of the atrium all of the way up the height of the hotel.

9. Front desk help was extremely pleasant and helpful when presented with a tired traveler made crankier by the extra 15 minute drive resulting from the combo of poor GPS instructions and the hotel's weird, hard-to-access, easy-to-miss location.
