1. While it was a bit of a downer that the room was not cleaned properly and that mold was visible in the bathroom the staff responded in a fast and friendly manner.

2. The mold was still there but I assume that it would take more than cleaning to get rid of it and we were only there for one night so we just accepted it for lack of a better term.

3. I took pictures and I showed the front desk and they promptly sent housekeeping and they did a thorough job of cleaning the room.
