1. greeted w/ those fine chocolate chip cookies, a smiling staff, the plushest pillows, a nice business center for my casual internet needs, nice pool and very adequate gym.

5. They still charge for private internet, but the free public internet does reach virtually all of the rooms, and is adequate as long as you are not downloading files, etc.
