1. from the time that we arrived (3 generations of women ages 68, 45 and 21 (she attends BU), I was impressed by the Staff, the Shuttle Service, the Amenities, and the people staying there.

2. Great views of the Charles and the skyline, though that means you're also facing Soldier's Field Road and the BU Bridge--but my white noise generator on my laptop masked the noise sufficiently (I think I was on the 17th floor but don't remember for sure).

3. Our daughters generally share the bedroom and our son gets the sofabed in the sitting area, and that way he gets his own TV and private space.

5. This hotel is doing something very right and I applaud the general Manager of this property for giving some leeway to the staff to offer the little extras that make the guest feel important and welcome.

7. Location is a bit out of the general areas of interest but a 10 minute walk to Central Square to the subway made it OK.
