2. The shower had 5 shower heads - 1 traditional, 1 handheld and 3 that came out of the wall and could be angled - awesome.

3. our room was upgraded to a bi-level suite on the top floor (HHonors Gold member) - awesome two story room with a full living room, fantastic view of the river and a king bed in the loft area.

5. the room was clean (not exceptional - could have been a bit better), however, it was cozy, the view was incredible, the beds were super comfortable, and everyone who helped us was AWESOME.

6. Not only were the warm cookies awesome, but they could not get enough of the view from the 15th floor, and they especially LOVED the pool.

10. Other things we liked: business center with free access to the internet, free coffee downstairs, pull out queen sofa in the living room plus a king bed in the bedroom, awesome view of the Charles River, free shuttle service, close to Whole Foods.
