1. If this hotel wants to attract busy business travellers, they need to modify its in room- dining to 24/7 like all other top notch hotel programs.

2. The TV was a big flat screen which plays plenty of channels especially the HD channels like HBO or ESPN.

3. Besides the great restaurants and Bistros around Copley Square the subway is walking distance to bring for a 10 minute to the North End (who doesn't like Italian food) and more.

8. Don't get me wrong, the room was very clean and the bed was sumptuous, but overall it seemed like it was overdue for a refurb.

9. the shower curtain was old, and cheap (out of place for the marble bathroom), the shower was low flow so I never really felt like it did anything (Seinfeld anyone?), the room still seemed to have its original fixtures from 1912 (doors and chandelier).
