1. I found the hotel to be comfortable , and the staff very friendly -The Bar had a really good atmosphere although a bit on the pricy side.

9. We have now stayed in a number of historic Fairmont hotels, and we love them - they do a great job of retaining the ambience of the building, and upholding old-fashioned standrads of service, whilst offering all the comforts one would expect in a luxury hotel in the 21st Century.
