4. With the exception of a check in person who was quite snooty (perhaps she was having a bad day?) and misinformed about our reservation (she insisted we had been upgraded which was news to us since we had purchased a Deluxe room) the staff were wonderful.

6. We returned for 1 night Jan 1st, all was good except our deluxe room had NO view, could be depressing.

9. After 20 minutes waiting I got up and went to the bar with the untouched drinks, except for that first sip, and flagged down a bartender and told him my problem, to which he responded 'I'm waiting for 'them' to deliver the vermouth'.
