1. The room service menu is better than most and breakfasts are very tasty and the room they're served in is not to be missed.

4. I had previously been at the Four Seasons and (although room there is more spacious) the service they offer at the Copley Plaza is by far better and at a lower price.

5. Being a Fairmont President's club member does not help in terms of being able to check in early, better rooms and the like you would expect from a hotel of this stature.

9. When we called to complain about this, the housekeeping manager came straight away and showed genuine surprise and quickly arranged a better room for us - in that respect the way they reacted showed the quality of the establishment.

10. This was a fantastic place to stay - very comfortable, great staff and the location could not have been better for seeing Boston.
