1. To the hotels credit, they are in a great location and they are kind upon checkin-quick and responsive, that said if you aren't set on staying at a Starwood property there are plenty of other choices downtown I would suggest checking out.

2. While the front desk was responsive when I called to complain, I don't believe it was within their ability to control the noise level or their behavior of the guests staying at the hotel or attending the party that evening.

4. I stopped to ask a cop if there was something i should be nervous about and his response was 'Yes, you are in one of the most dangerous cities in America' he wasn't joking and i wanted to go home after that.

7. com and they stated that this hotels cancellation policy is 100% non refundable by today (just had another bad storm yesterday, So I had no way of canceling sooner) They tried contacting the hotel for me and said they didnt answer, so I emailed the hotel found on their site and got the quickest response saying they would fully refund without penalty if we choose to cancel.
