1. The only positive is the location, yet again an empty box placed in the center of the inner harbor also has a nice location and would be cheaper and more comfortable so I'd opt for that next time.

3. Looking to end on a positive note, as I think this hotel's downfall is that it's in Baltimore, so if you HAVE to be in Baltimore the location is right next to the convention center and a few blocks from the water front.
