1. All the machines seemed to be quite new and they had free weights for lifting instead of one of those crazy machines.

8. Waited little over 10 mins in a room without AC on, and getleman showed up with new rooms keys and took ours and advised we needed to go up 1 floor, no assistance with luggage.

9. i was feeling under the weather and a female from the front desk called to make sure i was ok =) i was surprise to see that she was a new trainee there also because everyone there carried themselves with such great expertise.
