I can say about the Baltimore Holiday Inn Inner Harbor.

Staff are also excellent - flight delayed 8 hours so instead of arriving at 4pm arrived past midnight This is the final
positive
point - the staff were excellent - as PC Platnum every thing was ready and the night staff very couteous.
"2nd stay - but need to do better to see a 3rd stay "
