1. The maid service was somewhat lacking (needed to request toilet paper and clean towles from the front desk), however this was immediately taken care of when brought to the managements attention.

2. I have stayed at several of the Marriot hotels here in Baltimore for work, including the Renaissance, which was phenomenal (they took care of me even after my fridge exploded, leaking freon into my room).

3. We discovered that she neglected to leave cups for coffee maker for following morning so we contacted Front Desk -- they took care of it pretty quickly and seemed to be very attentive to our needs,.

6. We ran into a staff member in the lower level and she chatted us up about the weather and how our drive was and she genuinely seemed to care.

9. The hotel manager was very apologetic and took care of the situation right away so I consider this a minor issue.
