1. Clarence, who hosts the free cocktail hour for 'club' members was fabulous; he's welcoming and friendly, and it's very nice to spend a little time with a glass of wine and appetizers on the 11th floor.

3. When I checked in, I asked the desk if they had any special discounts for either of the attractions and they gave us FREE tickets to the science museum.

9. Given the unmitigated noise and the possibility that guest rooms are not allergy free due to hotel's inability to enforce its pet policy, I will not stay here again.
