1. This was a vacation trip for us and we chose Holiday Inn for its convenient location usually we find HI to have acceptable accommodations, not plush by any means but clean and comfortable.

6. As a business traveler with morning meetings to attend, lack of a hot shower is absolutely not acceptable, even in a 3rd world country, let alone Baltimore, MD.
