From the time we pulled up to the door of the convenient and centrally located hotel, where we were greeted by the bellman and the friendly front desk staff, through a speedy and efficient check-in process, to arrival at our large and spotless rooms, every detail was carefully thought out and planned by a well trained staff and management team .

5. 00 that was not on my bill when it was slipped under my door Sunday morning for express checkout???? Anyway, the room was ok and the front desk staff was very pleasant and efficient except for the fact that they didn't know why the restaurant didn't serve the breakfast buffet, they should have at least offered a discount.
