3. On the positive side, after asking to see the manager, Dennis, and telling him that we would not stay in an un-air conditioned room, he did call around to local hotels and got us rooms at the beautiful air-conditioned Residence Inn Marriott.

4. I stayed at the Brookshire Suites New Year's Eve 2012 (December 31, 2011 to January 1, 2012) and I have to say I am shocked at how many positive reviews there are for this hotel.

7. My husband and I stayed here for a weekend night for a race up in Baltimore last month, and picked Brookshire Suites because we had a positive experience there during a previous trip for a fun Baltimore weekend trip.
